Refund Policy

At KOSMIC Modular Furniture Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

 Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation if production has not started.

 Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once manufacturing 

begins.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved only if:

 The wrong product is delivered.

 The product is damaged during transit.

 The product has a manufacturing defect.

 The ordered product is unavailable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

 Customized or personalized furniture.

 Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or mishandling.

 Minor color, grain, or texture variations that naturally occur in materials.

 Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

 

4. Return Request

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

 Order ID

 Invoice copy

 Photos and/or videos of the product

 A brief description of the issue

5. Refund Process

 After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account used for the purchase.

6. Replacement

If the product has a verified manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, KOSMIC may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.

7. Shipping Charges

 Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by KOSMIC.

 Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated during the return approval process.
