Warranty Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2026

KOSMIC Modular Furniture Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering high-quality, durable furniture. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and proper maintenance.

1. Warranty Coverage

KOSMIC warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential, commercial, institutional, and educational use.

 

2. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise specified on the invoice or quotation:

• Steel Structure & Frames: 3 Years

• Powder Coating: 3 Years

• Wooden Panels (Manufacturing Defects): 2 Years

• Hardware, Hinges, Locks & Fittings: 1 Year

• Gas Lift, Castors & Mechanisms (where applicable): 1 Year

The warranty period starts from the date of invoice.

3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Structural failure under normal use

• Defective welding

• Manufacturing defects in hardware and mechanisms

• Manufacturing defects in powder coating and finishing

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, stains, fading, or discoloration

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, overloading, accidents, or improper handling

• Damage caused by water, moisture, fire, chemicals, or natural disasters

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Improper installation by anyone other than KOSMIC or an authorized installer

• Damage during relocation after installation

 

5. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Invoice or proof of purchase

• Product photographs/videos

• Description of the issue

• Product location and contact details

KOSMIC may inspect the product before approving the claim.

6. Resolution

If the warranty claim is approved, KOSMIC may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace the defective part

• Replace the product with an equivalent model (if necessary)

 

No cash refund will be provided under this warranty.

7. Transportation

If the product needs to be transported for repair or replacement, transportation charges may apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

KOSMIC's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
