7. Customized Products

Customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured furniture:

  • Cannot be cancelled once production begins.
  • Cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
  • May require additional production time.

Customers are responsible for approving all specifications before production starts.

8. Payments

Payments may be accepted through:

  • Other approved payment methods

Orders may require advance payment before production begins.
