4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order quantity
  • Product dimensions
  • Weight
  • Installation requirements

Applicable shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation or included in the final quotation.


5. Bulk & Project Deliveries

For commercial, institutional, and bulk orders:

  • Delivery schedules will be coordinated with the customer.
  • Multiple shipments may be arranged based on production and project timelines.
  • Dedicated logistics support may be provided for large projects.

6. Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Please check for:

  • Physical damage

  • Packaging condition

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Order ID
  • Invoice copy
  • Clear photographs or videos
  • Description of the issue

Failure to report within this period may affect replacement or claim eligibility.

9. Installation Services

  • Delays due to unfinished sites or restricted access may result in rescheduling and additional charges.

10. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance.

Customers should inspect products before signing the delivery acknowledgment.


11. Damaged Shipments

If a product arrives damaged during transit:

  • Do not install or use the product.
  • Report the damage within 48 hours.
  • Share photographs or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • KOSMIC will inspect the claim and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.

12. Address Changes

Delivery address changes may be accepted only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible and additional logistics charges may apply.


13. Order Tracking

Customers will receive dispatch confirmation once the order has been shipped.

Tracking information will be shared where applicable, allowing customers to monitor the shipment status.


14. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Shipping availability is subject to approval.
  • Freight charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and local regulations are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
